One door closes......
......another door opens..........
So after yet another day full of support, love and good wishes I closed the doors of the shop tonight with very mixed feelings.
Since we reopened at the end of July we have been overwhelmed with custom and have been able to share that goodwill, ordering stock from many small businesses to help secure their futures and ensure our customers have a wide choice of ‘Ethically Sourced Artisan Made’ products to choose from.
With a shop bursting at the seams with wonderful items ready for the run up to Christmas it felt incredibly difficult to shut those doors tonight.
On the drive home my mind was buzzing with ideas, problems, questions????......then, as I turned a corner there was the most incredible sunset right in front of me........it stopped my thoughts in their tracks.
I was suddenly aware of the fact that life really does go on, tomorrow will come, regardless and whatever it brings with it we will deal with it. I reflected on how much stronger my business is compared to this time last year, our new website and online shop are both proving really popular and we are able to offer our customers so much more. With this in mind check out our latest CV19 innovation ‘Remote Shopping Experience‘ ......our physical doors may be closed but our shop is very much OPEN.......Take care out there, keep safe and look forward to tomorrow x
