If you would like to be considered for running a creative workshop please email helen@theupcycledhomeco.co.uk (mailto:helen@theupcycledhomeco.co.uk)with your workshop details, costs, time needed to run the workshop, images of the finished article and relevant insurance details.

I make (insert ethical, upcycled product here). How can I get my products in your shop?

We are constantly looking for new and innovative makers to join us at The Upcycled Home Co.  We stock Locally made, British Made & Global Fair Trade.

If you are making something unique, unusual, sustainable, upcycled/recycled we would love to hear from you.

Question 3

I bought a ticket to one of your creative workshops but I can no longer make it, can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

After booking a workshop you can cancel within 14 days, after which we will be unable to refund unless we are able to fill your space(s) or offer an alternative date/workshop.

Question 4

Do you offer next day delivery?

Accepted Answer

We currently offer First Class delivery on all orders, within the UK, with Royal Mail.  In line with our commitment to supporting the reduction of CO2 emissions we support (by walking to) a local outreach Post Office every WEDNESDAY.

This means all orders will be posted out on the following Wednesday after the order is placed.  If you require your order before then please contact us and we will do our best to arrange this.
