Mindful Creativity

Many of us search for ways to slow down and to create moments of calm. While practices like meditation and yoga are well-known to help create mindfulness, there’s another, often overlooked avenue: creative crafting

Whether it’s knitting, painting collage or the plethora of creative ideas out there, the act of making something with your hands has the power to quiet the mind and nurture wellbeing.

There is nothing quite like spending a few hours switching ‘off’ from the world and creating something unique.

With this in mind we collated an array of workshops throughout the year. You don’t need elaborate tools (if you do, they’re supplied!) or advanced skills to experience the benefits of coming along.

An open, creative mind is all that is needed - we provide the rest.

We still have spaces available on our polymer clay trinket dish, christmas wire decorations and we’ve even booked in some Christmas wreath workshops to get us in the festive mood! However, tickets are selling fast!

Take a look on our website for inspiration - or give us a call on 07875756311 we’d love to welcome you.. here’s what a few of our lovely creators had to say…

“Another brilliant workshop. Brilliant facilitator very nurturing & enabling. Loved being outdoors then returning to the beautiful shop environment. So good not to be judged, to just be and do.” Clive
