Delivery & Returns
We currently offer First Class delivery on all orders, within the UK, with Royal Mail. In line with our commitment to supporting the reduction of CO2 emissions we support (by walking to) a local outreach Post Office every WEDNESDAY.
This means all orders will be posted out on the following Wednesday after the order is placed. If you require your order before then please contact us and we will do our best to arrange this.
Should your order be a gift and you would like a personal message included please leave us a message when checking out and we will pop a lovely handwritten note in for you.
We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK.
We do offer a Click & Collect service from our store on Mount Edgcumbe Country Park (PL101HZ) if you live locally. We are open as per hours on our website.
ALL our packaging is recycled and/or reused.
Since our store opened in 2014 we have used recycled packaging wherever possible, any bubble wrap in your parcel we guarantee has been saved from landfill and reused…in fact all of our packaging has had a previous life!
We kindly request you also reuse or recycle our packaging too.
We really want you to be delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not then please return your order, within 28 days of receiving it, in unused condition and in original packaging with labels attached.
With the exception of faulty goods the Upcycled Home Co is not responsible for the cost of returning orders. Please retain a proof of postage when returning any item(s).
Please allow 10 working days for us to process your return.
Please note, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to to accept returns on earrings.
If your item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately to discuss your return options.
Sale items are non refundable.
