ALL our packaging is recycled and/or reused.

Since our store opened in 2014 we have used recycled packaging wherever possible, any bubble wrap in your parcel we guarantee has been saved from landfill and reused…in fact all of our packaging has had a previous life!

We kindly request you also reuse or recycle our packaging too.

We really want you to be delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not then please return your order, within 28 days of receiving it, in unused condition and in original packaging with labels attached.

With the exception of faulty goods, The Upcycled Home Co is not responsible for the cost of returning orders. Please retain a proof of postage when returning any item(s).

Please allow 10 working days for us to process your return.

Please note, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.

If your item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately to discuss your return options.

Sale items are non refundable.

We currently offer First Class delivery on all orders, within the UK, with Royal Mail. In line with our commitment to supporting the reduction of CO2 emissions we support (by walking to) a local outreach Post Office every WEDNESDAY.
