Welcome to our third annual Wellbeing Day!
This has proved to be one of our most popular workshops as it’s all about YOU.
Spend a relaxing day rejuvenating your mind, body & soul.
We will begin with welcome refreshments and a chance to meet your fellow wellbeing souls, grounding ourselves and setting intentions for the day.
The wonderfully creative Jayne Ashenbury will then guide you through creating A UNIQUE FOLDED BOOK OF PROMISES
Join Jayne and learn the relaxing art of creating something special - a keepsake filled with words and colour to celebrate YOU! Think of it as a mindful manifestation of wellness, through a series of promises you make to yourself.
