Impressions of Place: MonoPrinting Inside & Out

Join us for a creative monoprinting workshop that combines direct printing from natural materials with drawing and markmaking from observation. This session explores monoprinting as a spontaneous, expressive process, working both indoors and outdoors to capture texture, line, and atmosphere.

Weather permitting, part of the workshop will take place in the grounds of Mount Edgcumbe, where you’ll use a mono plate as a drawing surface to respond directly to the landscape. In poor weather, all activities will take place indoors, using collected plant material and photographic or drawn references.

What You’ll Learn
