Introduction to Dry point etching and printmaking

During the workshop you’ll learn how to safely make and print a small dry point engraving.

This a form of Intaglio printmaking, where you will engrave fine drawn lines into a metal or plastic surface.

The technique when printed, leaves a delicate fine linear image.

This workshop will enable you to make a range of prints, great for cards and gifts.

This printing process is really effective at creating unique textural and colourful prints.

The cost of the workshop includes all materials and there will be opportunity for refreshments

You may also want to bring an apron.
